You owe the IRS now what??????
1. You must take action.
2. If you have money call a tax attorney today.
3. If you do not have any money here we go!
4. Contact your IRS agent if you do not have one call the IRS directly.
5. Tell the agent your financial situation gather all your financial documents.
6. Start catching up on all your returns, file them even if you cannot pay now.
7. THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS.
8. They will lien your assets.
9. Keep any cash you have in cash until you get this resolved you do not want to starve well you are fixing your problem.
10. Make a payment of any kind anything shows good faith.
11. Do not believe the TV commercials it is hard to reduce your tax debt without paying it.
12. Keep paying what you can.
13. If your going to file bankruptcy this will stall the IRS until the bankruptcy is completed.
14. Take advise from the IRS ask questions, call with general questions to their 800 number do not disclose your personal information to them just inquire.
15. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION AND TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW. THEY WILL NOT JUST GO AWAY.
